How to Counter Mantis
Mantis has 250 health and no dash, so dive her as soon as Spore Slumber goes on its 15-second cooldown. Divers like Black Cat and Magik reach her fast, and going in with two at once means a single sleep cannot stop both. If a teammate is put to sleep, shoot the 100-health illusion behind them to wake them straight away.
